Myshore Antique Candle Bowls

Myshore Antique Candle Bowls

Why you will love our myshore antique candle bowls  🖤

Our myshore (a mixture of copper, zinc & nickel ) antique candle bowls were originally made for the hammam (traditional public baths). Ladies would use these dishes to pour water over themselves from a larger bucket whilst in the hot Hammam steam rooms.  Sadly today these are more likely to be made from plastic.

The beauty of these antique bowls is that they are each unique in design and have the charm of items used and treasured over many years. You  can see and appreciate that each mark of the intricate geometric and floral patterns have been individually made by hand. Even the base of the bowls have been decorated!

The bowls have been filled with a perfumed wax, ( orange flower), and so the candles smell heavenly! They would look fabulous in your lounge or bedroom, and of course would make a wonderful centrepiece to a dining table.   Once you have burned the candle, you can your your Hammam bowl to keep trinkets, potpourri or to float flowers for a table setting. Of course you could use them in your own bathroom and fill them with soaps, bath salts or cotton wool.

These bowls are truly beautiful in their own right, and will add an elegant Moroccan touch to your home.
